Send Assessment Results to Candidates

Share assessment results with candidates directly from Testlify.

Before you begin

The Send Assessment Result option is only available for candidates with a Completed status. Ensure the candidate has finished their assessment before proceeding.

Steps

1. Log in to Testlify. Go to app.testlify.com and sign in with your business email and the OTP sent to your inbox.
2. Open the assessment. Navigate to the Assessments section and click the assessment whose results you want to share.

   

3. Go to All Candidates. Scroll down to the All Candidates section to see every candidate who has taken the assessment.

   

4. Open the candidate's options menu. Find the candidate whose results you want to send, then click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side of their row.

   

5. Select "Send Assessment Result." Choose Send Assessment Result from the dropdown menu.

   

6. Confirm and send. A confirmation popup appears — click Send to deliver the results to the candidate.

   

Tip: The candidate receives an email with a link to view their results. You can configure what is included in the results email from your assessment's Settings page.
