How to Use Testlify's Multilingual Test Library

Testlify's test library extends beyond English — you can add assessments in nine additional languages to reach a wider talent pool and reduce language-based bias in your hiring process.

Supported languages

In addition to English, Testlify offers tests in:

  • Arabic
  • Deutsch (German)
  • Dutch
  • Español (Spanish)
  • French
  • Greek
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Portuguese

Why multilingual tests matter

  • Wider talent pool: Candidates assess in their preferred language for a more comfortable and accurate evaluation of their skills.
  • Better candidate experience: Testing in a native language reflects positively on your organization and makes candidates feel respected.
  • More accurate results: Removing language barriers ensures scores reflect true ability rather than language proficiency.

How to add a non-English test to your assessment

  1. Log in to your Testlify account.
  2. Click Library in the top navigation, then select Tests.
  3. Use the Language filter to narrow results to your target language.
  4. Find the test you want, then click Use to add it to your assessment — the same way you add any English test.

Tip: Combine the Language filter with role or skill filters to find the right test faster.
