How to Update Your Card Details

Before you begin

You need Billing access on your Testlify workspace to update payment details. Only workspace admins or billing managers can make this change.

Log in to your workspace — Go to app.testlify.com and sign in with your registered email and OTP.
Open your profile menu — Click the Profile Icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Go to Billing — Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
Click Manage Subscription — This opens your subscription and billing settings.
Select your plan name — Click on your Plan Name to access payment options.
Click the current card number — You'll be prompted to enter your new card information.
Enter and save your new card details — Input your card number, expiry date, and CVV, then click Update. The new card is applied to all future billing.

Tip: Update your card before your renewal date to avoid payment failures or service interruptions.
