How to Log In to Your Workspace

Before you begin

Make sure you have access to the email address registered with your Testlify account. You will need it to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) each time you log in.

Log in with email OTP

1. Open your web browser and go to app.testlify.com.
2. Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
3. Check your email inbox for a One-Time Password (OTP). The code typically arrives within a minute.
4. Enter the OTP in the verification field on the login page.
5. Click Verify. You will be redirected to your workspace dashboard.

Tip: If you do not receive the OTP within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or click Resend OTP on the login page to request a new code.

Log in with SSO (SAML)

Testlify supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML for a seamless, password-free login experience. If your organization uses an identity provider such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace, your workspace admin can set up SSO for your team. Contact support@testlify.com to get started.
