How to Log In to Your Workspace

Before you begin

Make sure you have access to the email address registered with your Testlify account. You will need it to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) each time you log in.

Log in with email OTP

  1. Open your web browser and go to app.testlify.com.
  2. Enter your registered email address in the login field and press Continue.
  3. Check your email inbox for a One-Time Password (OTP). The code typically arrives within a minute.
  4. Enter the OTP in the verification field on the login page.
  5. Click Verify. You will be redirected to your workspace.

Tip: If you do not receive the OTP within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder before requesting a new code.

Log in with SSO (SAML)

Testlify also supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML, giving your team a seamless, password-free login experience. If your organization uses an identity provider such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace, SSO can be configured for your Testlify workspace. To get started, contact our support team and we will guide you through the setup.
