Introduction to the Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab in Testlify provides a bird's eye view of the core activities within your workspace. It offers detailed insights through data and visual graphs, allowing you to track essential metrics such as the number of assessments created, candidates invited, and their overall progress.

You can use the given the Assessment and Date filters to according select specific assessments with a certain time frame.

1. Understanding the Invitation Status in Analytics

The Invitation Status section within the Analytics tab provides a comprehensive view of your candidate invitation progress. The chart breaks down key invitation statuses such as Completed, In Progress, Enrolled, Rejected, and others—helping you quickly assess where candidates are in the hiring process.

You can filter this data by date range or assessment type, allowing you to monitor the effectiveness of your outreach and candidate progression over time.

2.Invites Per Workspace User

The Invites Per Workspace User chart provides a breakdown of how many invites have been sent by each user within your workspace. This visual helps you quickly see the distribution of invitation activity among team members.

For example, the chart may show what percentage of invites were sent by recruiters, offering an at-a-glance view of user participation in candidate outreach.

This feature helps ensure that invitation activity is balanced and effectively managed across your team.

3.Daily Invites

The Daily Invites section shows how many candidates were invited to assessments on each day. This helps you track the pace of recruitment and identify trends or spikes in activity.

By monitoring daily invite counts, you can ensure your team maintains a consistent and steady hiring pipeline.

  • Invited

The Invited metric shows the total number of candidates who have been invited to take part in assessments. It provides a clear picture of how many candidates have entered the evaluation process.

  • Completed

The Completed metric reflects the number of candidates who have successfully finished the assessment. Monitoring this figure gives you valuable insight into engagement and completion rates.

4.Assessment Level Report Overview

The Assessment Level Report offers detailed insights into candidate performance across different assessments.

Key fields include:

  • Name: The candidate's full name.
  • Email: The email used by the candidate.
  • Assessment Name: The title of the assessment taken.
  • Total Score: The candidate’s actual score.
  • Out Of: The maximum score possible.
  • Percentage: The percentage score achieved.

This report helps you review results, compare performance across assessments, and analyze candidate outcomes for both practice and live tests.

5.Test Level Report Overview

The Test Level Report provides a granular breakdown of each candidate’s performance on individual tests.

Fields include:

  • Name: Candidate’s full name.
  • Email: The candidate’s email address.
  • Test: The specific test or sub-assessment (e.g., Copywriter, SEO Copywriting).
  • Total: The score achieved.
  • Out Of: The maximum possible score.
  • Percentage: The calculated percentage.

This report helps in comparing candidates’ performance across multiple tests and identifying skill strengths or gaps.

6.User Rating

The User Rating section displays feedback or ratings given by internal users (recruiters or reviewers) for specific roles or assessments.

This provides insight into how users perceive candidate quality and helps maintain consistency in evaluation standards.

7.Assessment vs Invitation Status (Enhanced)

The Assessment vs Invitation Status section visually compares how candidates are progressing across all assessments.

You can easily see how many candidates are in each status category—such as Completed, In Progress, Invited, Rejected, or Disqualified—for each assessment.

This comparison helps identify which assessments are most active and which ones may need additional engagement or follow-ups.

You can also download the detailed report in CSV, Excel, or JSON format for deeper analysis.

8. Assessment Creation (New)

The Assessment Creation section provides a clear count of all assessments created within your workspace.

  • The Created metric indicates assessments that have been set up but where no candidate activity has occurred yet.
  • The Invited metric shows assessments where candidates have been invited or have participated.

This distinction helps you understand which assessments are active versus those still in draft or setup mode.

You can download this data for recordkeeping or reporting in multiple formats (CSV, Excel, JSON).

9. Subscription-wise Credit Report (New)

The Subscription-wise Credit Report section gives you visibility into your workspace’s credit usage and balance.

It displays:

  • Total credits utilized (how many have been consumed for candidate invitations).
  • Remaining credits (available for future use).
  • Main balance across all linked workspaces in your organization’s subscription pool.

Additionally, admins can check the main balance for the entire subscription under Manage Workspace to monitor overall credit availability.

This ensures complete transparency over credit consumption, helping teams manage recruitment budgets efficiently.

10. Candidate Feedback Report

The Candidate Feedback Report summarizes feedback shared by candidates after completing assessments.

It includes:

  • Candidate feedback ratings
  • Written comments or remarks
  • Completion timestamps

This report helps organizations evaluate candidate experience and make data-driven improvements to assessments.

With these enhancements, the Analytics tab now offers even deeper insight into your assessment activity — from the number of assessments created and candidate progress, to invitation trends and subscription credit usage.

You can download and filter this information anytime to make informed hiring decisions, manage credits effectively, and track overall recruitment performance in real time.
