How to Monitor Hiring Activity with Workspace Analytics
Overview
The Analytics tab in Testlify gives you a centralized view of all assessment and hiring activity in your workspace. Use it to track assessments created, candidates invited, completion rates, test scores, and credit usage — all in one place.
Before you begin
- In your Testlify workspace, select the Analytics tab from the main navigation.
- Use the Assessment and Date filters at the top of the page to narrow results to a specific assessment or time period before reviewing any report.
1. Invitation Status
The Invitation Status chart breaks down candidate invitation progress by status: Completed, In Progress, Enrolled, Rejected, and others. Use it to see at a glance where candidates stand in your hiring pipeline. Apply the Date or Assessment filter to monitor outreach effectiveness over time.

2. Invites Per Workspace User
The Invites Per Workspace User chart shows how many invitations each team member has sent. Use this to check whether invitation activity is evenly distributed across recruiters or concentrated among a few users.

3. Daily Invites
The Daily Invites chart shows how many candidates were invited each day, helping you identify trends or spikes in recruitment activity. It tracks two figures:
- Invited: Total candidates invited to take an assessment.
- Completed: Candidates who finished the assessment. Monitor this number to gauge engagement and completion rates.

4. Assessment Level Report
The Assessment Level Report shows each candidate's performance across assessments. Each row includes:
- Name: Candidate's full name.
- Email: Email address used by the candidate.
- Assessment Name: Title of the assessment taken.
- Total Score: Candidate's actual score.
- Out Of: Maximum possible score.
- Percentage: Score expressed as a percentage.
Use this report to compare performance across assessments and review outcomes for both practice and live tests.

5. Test Level Report
The Test Level Report breaks down each candidate's score by individual test. Each row includes:
- Name: Candidate's full name.
- Email: Candidate's email address.
- Test: Specific test taken (for example, Copywriter or SEO Copywriting).
- Total: Score achieved.
- Out Of: Maximum possible score.
- Percentage: Calculated percentage.
Use this report to compare candidates across multiple tests and identify skill strengths or gaps.

6. User Rating
The User Rating section shows ratings submitted by internal users — recruiters or reviewers — for specific roles or assessments. Use this to understand how your team evaluates candidate quality and maintain consistent review standards across hiring.

7. Assessment vs Invitation Status
The Assessment vs Invitation Status chart compares candidate progress across all assessments side by side. For each assessment, it shows the number of candidates in each status: Completed, In Progress, Invited, Rejected, or Disqualified.
Use this chart to identify which assessments are most active and which may need follow-up. Select CSV, Excel, or JSON to download the detailed report for further analysis.

8. Assessment Creation
The Assessment Creation section shows the total number of assessments created in your workspace, split by status:
- Created: Assessments with no candidate activity yet.
- Invited: Assessments where candidates have been invited or have participated.
This helps you distinguish active assessments from those still in draft or setup. Select CSV, Excel, or JSON to download this data for recordkeeping.

9. Subscription-wise Credit Report
The Subscription-wise Credit Report gives you full visibility into your workspace's credit usage. It displays:
- Total credits utilized: Credits consumed for candidate invitations.
- Remaining credits: Credits available for future invitations.
- Main balance: Combined credits across all linked workspaces in your subscription pool.
Tip: Admins can also view the overall subscription balance under Manage Workspace to monitor credit availability across all workspaces at once.

10. Candidate Feedback Report
The Candidate Feedback Report collects feedback that candidates submit after completing assessments. It includes:
- Feedback ratings submitted by candidates
- Written comments or remarks
- Completion timestamps
Use this report to evaluate the candidate experience and make data-driven improvements to your assessments.

Summary
The Analytics tab gives you complete visibility into your hiring activity — from assessments created and candidate progress to daily invite trends and subscription credit usage. Apply the Assessment and Date filters to focus on what matters, then download any report in CSV, Excel, or JSON format to support data-driven hiring decisions.
