How to Change Your Account Email on Testlify?

Update your Testlify account email to keep your profile current and ensure you receive all important notifications.

Steps to change your account email

1. Open Settings — click the Settings icon in the main menu.
2. Navigate to Users — select Users from the settings menu.
3. Add the new email address — click Add, enter the new email address, and select the appropriate role.

   

4. Send a verification invite — the new address will receive an invitation. The recipient must check their inbox and click the activation link to confirm access.
5. Deactivate the old email — once the new email is verified and active, find the old address in the user list. Click the three dots next to it and select Deactivate.

   

Tip: Do not deactivate the old email address until the new one is fully verified — otherwise you risk losing access to your account.
