How OTP verification works for candidates
Once enabled, candidates follow these steps to access the assessment:
-
Click the assessment link — they land on the registration page.

-
Enter their name and email address on the registration page.

-
Receive an OTP at the provided email address and enter it on the verification page.

Tip: If the OTP doesn't appear in the inbox, candidates should check their Spam or Junk folder. The OTP can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.
-
Click Confirm Code to verify identity and start the assessment.
