How to Customize Automated Notifications in Testlify for Arabic Language

Before you begin

You need Admin or Owner access to manage notification settings in your workspace.

Step 1: Open Notifications

  1. Log in to your Testlify account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Notifications.

Step 2: Customize a Notification

  1. Find the notification type you want to update.
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) next to it.
  3. Select Customize.
  4. Replace the Subject and Body text with your Arabic content.
  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Step 3: Enable Right-to-Left (RTL) Formatting

  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Change the language to Arabic.

This adjusts text alignment to right-to-left so Arabic content renders correctly for candidates.

Step 4: Send a Test Email

Send yourself a test email to confirm the notification appears correctly in Arabic.
