Create a Company Test Using AI

Use Testlify's AI to generate a customized company test in minutes. Choose the skills you want to assess and the AI handles question selection automatically.

Steps to create an AI-generated test

1. Log in to your Testlify workspace.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Library, then select Tests or Questions from the dropdown.

   

3. On the Tests/Questions page, click Generate Using AI (top-right, next to Create Company Test).

   

4. Fill in the test details:
   • Test Name: Enter a name for your test.
   • Test Type: Select the relevant type from the dropdown.
   • Skills: Select up to 5 skills, then click Add.

     

5. (Optional) Click Show Options to access additional settings:
   • Randomization: Enable random question order and option order per candidate.
   • Question Count: Specify the number of questions to include.
   • Timing: Set a custom Time to Complete Test, or choose No Limit.
   • Difficulty Level: Choose the level that fits your requirements.
   • Overview and Instructions: Add a test description and instructions for candidates.

     

6. Click Generate. Testlify AI builds the test based on your selections.
7. Review the generated questions. Add more from the Questions tab if needed.
8. Click Save to finalize your test.

Tip: Match your skill selections to the job role as closely as possible — for example, choose "Python" and "Data Analysis" for a data analyst role — to get the most relevant questions with minimal editing.
