Creating a Company Test Using AI

Creating customized company tests using AI is simple and efficient. Follow the steps below to create a test tailored to your needs:

Steps to Create a Test

Log in to Your Workspace
- Once logged in, select the Library option from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Choose either Tests or Questions from the dropdown.
  
  Navigate to the AI Test Creation Option
- On the Tests/Questions page, locate the Generate Using AI button at the top-right, just beside the Create Company Test button.
- Click on it to open the Test Creation page.
  
  Set Up Your Test
- Test Name: Enter a name for your test.
- Test Type: Choose the relevant type from the dropdown (if applicable).
- Skills Selection: Select up to 5 skills that you want the test to cover, then click Add.
  
  Customize the Test (Optional)
- Click the Show Options button to access additional customization settings:
  - Enable randomization for question order and option order for each candidate by checking the respective boxes.
- Question Count: Specify the number of questions you want in the test.
  
  Timing:
  - Choose a time duration for completing the test by selecting the Time to Complete Test option and entering custom time.
  - Alternatively, select No Limit for unlimited time.
- Difficulty Level: Set the difficulty level as per your requirements.
- Overview and Instructions: Add a brief overview and test instructions for candidates.
  
  Generate the Test
- Click Generate to allow the AI to create a test based on your selections.
  
  Review and Finalize
- After generation, review the test to ensure it meets your requirements.
- Add additional questions from the Questions tab if needed.
- Click Save to finalize your test.

Your AI-generated company test is now ready to use in your assessments. This feature simplifies test creation, enabling you to efficiently evaluate candidates based on your organization’s specific needs.
