How to Cancel Your Testlify Subscription
If you're considering canceling your Testlify subscription, we're here to assist you. You can now cancel your subscription directly from your account settings. Follow the steps outlined below for a seamless experience.
Steps to Cancel Your Testlify Subscription:
- Log in to your Testlify account.
- Click on the three horizontal lines at the top-right corner of the screen to open the menu.

Select the Billing option from the menu.

Click on Cancel Subscription.

You will get a popup with the details about what you would lose.
If you still wish to proceed, click Cancel, lose access.

- Select a reason from the dropdown and click Submit.


- You will receive a discount offer for the Pay-per-usage plan. If you still want to proceed, click Cancel, lose access.

- You will then receive a retainer plan offer. To continue with cancellation, click Cancel, lose access.

- You will be prompted to complete a final questionnaire.

After completing the questionnaire, click Cancel, lose access to complete the cancellation process.

Once submitted, you will see a confirmation popup indicating successful cancellation.

- Your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
