How to Use AI Insights or AI Auto Score for Open-Ended, Video, and Audio Questions

AI Insights and AI Auto Score help automate the evaluation process for open-ended, video, and audio responses in assessments. Follow the steps below to enable and use these features effectively.​

Enabling AI Insights for Open-Ended, Video, and Audio Questions

1. Creating or Editing a Test​
   • When creating or editing a company test, navigate to the Questions tab.

• Select the Custom Question option to add a new open-ended, video, or audio question.

Enabling AI Insights​

• After adding the question, locate the Show Options button below the question box.

• Click on Show Options to expand additional settings.​

• Find the AI Insight checkbox and enable it.

  Configuring AI Insights

• You can define specific skills that you want the AI to assess the response on.

• By default, four skills are pre-selected, but you can add more based on your requirements.

Using AI Insights for Overall Candidate Evaluation

Apart from individual question analysis, AI Insights can also generate an overall evaluation of a candidate’s performance in an assessment.

• Enabling AI Insights for Assessment Results​

  • Navigate to the Assessment Settings tab within an assessment.

    Locate the Configuration section.

    Enable the Generate AI Insights checkbox.

       • Once enabled, AI Insights will generate an overall conclusion for each candidate.

       • You can find this summary on the Candidate Results Page, providing an AI-driven evaluation of the candidate's performance.
