Integrate Testlify with SAP SuccessFactors
This guide explains how to connect Testlify with SAP SuccessFactors. Once integrated, Testlify automatically sends assessment invitations when candidates reach the configured recruiting stage.
Before you begin
- You need admin access to both Testlify and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collect your SAP SuccessFactors Client ID, Company ID, and Domain before starting. See the SAP SuccessFactors setup guide for help locating these values.
Step 1: Enable the integration in Testlify
- In Testlify, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find and select SAP SuccessFactors from the integrations list.
- A new tab opens. Enter your Client ID, Company ID, and Domain, then apply the provided X.509 Public Certificate.
- Click Save. SAP SuccessFactors now appears as an active integration on the Testlify Settings page.
Step 2: Configure a job requisition in SAP SuccessFactors
- In SAP SuccessFactors, open the integration and select Recruiting from the dropdown.
- Create a Job Requisition and add the assessment defined in your assessment vendor settings.
Tip: Set the stage status to the recruiting step at which you want candidates to automatically receive the assessment invitation.
Step 3: Link the assessment in Testlify
- In Testlify, create a new Assessment, add your questions, then open Settings within the assessment.
- Under Integrations, select SAP SuccessFactors.
- Select the Job Profile you created in SAP SuccessFactors to link it to this assessment.
How it works
When a candidate applies in SAP SuccessFactors and moves to the configured recruiting stage, Testlify automatically sends them an assessment invitation. Once the candidate completes the assessment, their results appear directly in SAP SuccessFactors.
