How to Integrate JobAdder with Testlify

Before you begin

  • You need an active Testlify account with admin access.
  • You need an active JobAdder account with valid credentials.

Step 1: Log in to Testlify

  1. Open Testlify and log in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the JobAdder Integration

  1. Click Settings > Integrations > JobAdder.

Step 3: Authorize JobAdder

  1. You are redirected to the JobAdder login page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Log in, then Accept to authorize the connection.

Step 4: Send Assessments from JobAdder

  1. In JobAdder, open a Job Application — you will see a new Send Testlify Assessment action.
  2. Select a candidate and choose an assessment from your Testlify library.
  3. Click Send.

Step 5: Candidate Receives the Invitation

  • The candidate receives an email invitation to complete the assessment.

Step 6: View Assessment Results

  • Once the candidate completes the assessment, their score is automatically synced to both Testlify and JobAdder.
