Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your workspace: Start by logging in with your admin or owner credentials.
Navigate to the assessment: Go to the assessment where the candidate data you want to delete is located.
Locate the candidate: Find the specific candidate’s name in the list of candidates for the assessment.
Click on the three dots: On the right side of the candidate’s name, you’ll see a three-dot option (ellipsis). Click on it.
Delete candidate data: Select the “Delete” option from the dropdown menu. Once you click on this, the candidate’s assessment details will be permanently deleted.
Important Notes
Only Admins and Owners have permission to delete candidate data.
If a member of the workspace needs to delete candidate data, the Admin or Owner can grant this permission.
To do so
Go to the Settings tab.
Navigate to Roles and Permissions on the left side of the screen.
Find the member's name, click the three dots beside their name, click on edit and grant permission to delete candidate data.
Remember, only workspace admins and owners can adjust roles and permissions.
This ensures proper control and security over the data management process in your workspace.
