Testlify does not support automatic downloads of all your data in bulk. Instead, you can manually export candidate data by visiting the specific assessments where candidates have completed their assessments. For each assessment, you’ll find an option to export the relevant candidate data.

If you need to download individual reports for specific candidates, you can do so from the candidate’s detail page. This allows you to view and download the assessment results for each candidate individually.

Important Note on Subscription Status
Please note that all data exports and downloads must be completed while your subscription is active. Once your subscription expires, Testlify may not be able to provide access to your data immediately. If you need help retrieving your data after your subscription has expired, Testlify may charge a fee based on the time required to process your request, which is billed at $35 per hour depending on the size of your data.
