Reviewing candidate reports is an essential part of the hiring process. On Testlify, you can easily access detailed reports that highlight a candidate’s performance, helping you make informed decisions. This guide walks you through the steps to review and take action on candidate reports, ensuring a smooth and efficient evaluation process.
1. Log in to Your Account
Start by logging into your Testlify account using your credentials.
2. Select the Assessment
Navigate to the "Assessments" tab on your dashboard.
From the list of assessments, choose the specific assessment for which you want to review candidate reports.
3. Select the Candidate
In the assessment overview, you will see a list of candidates who have taken the test.
Click on the name of the candidate whose report you wish to review.
4. View Candidate Scores
Once you select the candidate, you will be redirected to the candidate's display page.
Here, you can view the overall scores of the candidate and a breakdown of their performance in each section of the assessment.

To take further action, click on the three dots located on the right side of the page. You can:

Shortlist the Candidate: Mark the candidate as shortlisted for the role.
Shareable Link: Share the report with your team.
Delete or Reject the Candidate: Remove the candidate from the process or mark them as rejected.
Change the Hiring Stage: Update the candidate’s status in the hiring process from the same display page.
