In Testlify, candidate progress during the assessment process is tracked through various status logs. These logs provide insight into where each candidate is in their assessment journey. Below is a breakdown of the different candidate statuses you may encounter:

  • Invited

    This status appears when the candidate has been invited to take an assessment via an email or link.

  • Enrolled

    After receiving the invite, the candidate enrolls in the assessment by filling in their personal details such as name, phone number, and any other required information. They proceed to begin the assessment after enrollment.

  • In Progress

    Once the candidate begins answering questions, the status changes to "In Progress," indicating that they are actively working on the assessment.

  • Completed

    This status is displayed when the candidate has completed all questions in the assessment and has submitted their responses.

  • Result Sent (by email)

    After completing the test, the candidate receives their results via email. This status indicates that the result has been successfully sent to the candidate.

  • Disqualified

    Candidates may be disqualified if they violate any proctoring rules (e.g., switching tabs, unauthorized behavior) or if they incorrectly answer any qualifying questions set by the test administrator.

  • Expired

    The "Expired" status occurs when the candidate’s invitation link expires, which happens after the specified validity period set by the test administrator has passed.
