The Assessment Display Page in your Testlify workspace organizes and presents essential details about the assessments you've created. Whether you’re tracking individual performance or analyzing overall trends, this page is your central hub for efficient assessment management. Below is a breakdown of each heading on this page and what they represent:

  1. Assessments

    • The Assessments header is where you manage all your created assessments. By clicking on this tab, you can view, create, edit, and track the status of each assessment. This is the central hub for all activities related to candidate testing.

      1. Name

        • This column lists the titles of the assessments you have created. Each title is clickable, allowing you to dive into the specific details and results of that particular assessment.

      2. Status

        • The Status column indicates the current state of each assessment. Common statuses include:

          • Active: The assessment is currently available for candidates to take.

          • Draft: The assessment is still being prepared and is not yet available for candidates.

          • Archived: The assessment is currently archived.

      3. Total Candidates

        • This shows the number of candidates who have been invited to or have completed the assessment. A progress bar visualizes the ratio of completed assessments versus those still pending, with a number format (e.g., "0/2") indicating how many have completed it out of the total invited.

      4. Created On

        • This column displays the date and time when the assessment was originally created, helping you keep track of the timeline of your assessments.

      5. Created By

        • This shows the user who created the assessment. In this example, "Testlify Support" indicates that the Testlify support team created these assessments.

  2. Candidates

    • The Candidates section allows you to manage the candidates who have been invited to take assessments. Here, you can view individual candidate profiles, track their progress, review completed assessments, and manage communication with them.

  3. Library

    • The Library is your repository for all the available assessment content. This includes a variety of pre-built tests and questions that you can use to create your assessments. It’s also where you can find and manage any custom content you’ve created or imported.

  4. More

    • The More dropdown provides access to additional features and settings within the Testlify platform. This includes options like analytics and new features that are to be introduced.
