How to Cancel Your Subscription on Testlify

At Testlify, we understand that your hiring needs may fluctuate. To accommodate these changes, we've introduced a feature that allows you to cancel your subscription easily and efficiently. This guide will walk you through the steps to cancel your subscription cycle effectively.

Steps to Pause Your Subscription

Step 1: Log In to Your Testlify Workspace and Access Profile Settings

  1. Log in to your workspace and navigate to the top right corner of the Testlify platform.

  2. Click on the 'Profile' option and a profile menu dropdown will appear.

Step 2: Access the Subscription Management Page

  1. In the profile menu, select 'Manage Subscription'.

Step 3: Review Your Subscription Details

  1. After selecting Manage Subscription, you will be redirected to the Testlify Subscription Management Portal, where you can view details about your current plan and billing information.

2. Click on your plan as shown.

Step 4: Initiate the Cancellation Process


1. Click on your plan and it will redirect you to the Subscription details page.

2. On this page, you will find three options: Edit, Pause, and Cancel your subscription.

Step 5: Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button and a cancel confirmation pop-up will appear.

Step 2: Add reasons for your cancellation and click on 'Confirm Cancellation'.

Step 7: Receive Confirmation

  1. Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Testlify.

Important Notes:

  • If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, you will still have access to Testlify until the billing cycle ends.

  • Be sure to download any necessary data or reports from your account before cancelling your subscription, as access to your account will be restricted after the cancellation is complete.
