1. Log in to Your Workspace:

- Access your Testlify workspace with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Assessment Settings:

- Create a new assessment or edit an existing one.

3. Access Configuration Options:

- In the assessment edit page, go to the Settings or Configuration panel.

4. Enable Device Restriction:

- Locate the option labeled "Prevent candidates from using mobile or tablet devices."

- Check this checkbox to restrict candidates from starting the assessment on mobile or tablet devices.

- Save the assessment to reflect the changes on the candidate side.

- If your assessment includes Video, Coding, typing, or Google Workspace related questions, candidates won't be able to complete these tasks on mobile or tablet devices.

- For assessments without these features, candidates can have a seamless experience on mobile or tablets.

- Ensure candidates are advised to use a desktop or laptop to avoid compatibility issues.
