With Testlify's white-label plan, you can use your own SMTP server credentials to send emails to your test takers.
Assessment invites, completion confirmation, and rejection emails can be sent from your address, for example, [email protected], in place of [email protected].
Once you’ve filled out all the fields, send a test email to any email address to ensure the settings are correct.

IP Address Whitelisting
If you have trouble setting up SMTP or need to add an extra layer of security by implementing an IP whitelist. The Testlify service communicates from the following five IP addresses:
52.210.134.179
54.72.144.225
63.32.252.45
54.73.211.136
54.229.7.1
We suggest implementing in a sandbox or implementation environment first and testing completely end to end before introducing the static IP address restriction to simplify troubleshooting.
