This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate Testlify with SAP SuccessFactors. Once set up, you’ll be able to seamlessly manage assessments directly from your SAP SuccessFactors dashboard.
Step 1: Set Up the Integration in Testlify
Go to Testlify:
Navigate to Settings and click on Integrations.
From the list of available integrations, select SAP SuccessFactors.
Redirect to SAP SuccessFactors:
Once you click on SAP SuccessFactors, a new tab will open. You’ll need to your SAP SuccessFactors Client ID, Company ID, Domain. You also have to use the following X.509 Public certificate.

Finally, the integration will be available on Testlify Settings page.
Step 2: Set Up Assignment-Level Integration
Create an Assessment:
In Testlify, click on Create Assessment.
Choose any job role and click Next.
Add a test from the Test Library, then click Next.
Configure Assessment Settings:
In Assessment Settings, go to the Integration module.
Click Link to open integration options.
Fill the Integration Link Details.
Choose SAP SuccessFactors from the dropdown. Select the Job Profile, Invitation Stage and Completion Stage.
Now go to SAP SuccessFactors and move a candidate to the invitation stage on Testlify. This should trigger the invite to Candidate within 30 mins.
Once the candidate completes the assessment it should appear as note.
