To ensure a seamless experience while taking assessments on Testlify, it’s important to grant the required permissions in your browser. Follow the steps below to enable Window Management Permission in Google Chrome.

Steps to Allow Window Management Permission

  1. Open Site Settings
    ​

    • While on the assessment page, click on the lock icon (πŸ”’) or the "Not Secure" icon next to the URL in the address bar.
      ​

    • From the dropdown menu, select Site Settings.
      ​

  2. Scroll Down to Window Management Permission
    ​

    • In the Site Settings tab, scroll down to find the option for Window Management.
      ​

    • Change the setting to Allow.
      ​

  3. Reload the Page
    ​

    • After enabling the permission, reload the assessment page to apply the changes.
      ​

  4. Proceed with the Assessment
    ​

    • You can now continue with the assessment without interruptions.

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience.

  • A stable internet connection is essential to avoid delays or disruptions during the assessment.
