If you are using non-Chromium browsers (Firefox, Safari, etc.), only the QR code scanner option will appear. The desktop camera option is not supported for these browsers. However, for Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.), then the desktop/laptop camera will be displayed.
Mobile App Instructions
Scanning the QR Code
Open the Testlify Mobile App on your phone.
Allow the app to access your camera and microphone (required on first use).
Point your device’s camera at the QR code displayed on your desktop/laptop screen
Once scanned, you’ll be taken to the respective question (video or audio).
For Video Questions

Prepare to Record:
Start Recording:
Submit Your Answer:
After recording, the Submit button will appear. Tap it to finalize your answer.
Use the Back button to return to the QR scanner screen if needed.
For Audio Questions
Recording Process
Tap the Microphone Button to begin recording.
A waveform animation will appear while recording audio.
You’ll see the waveform animation again when reviewing your recorded audio.
Submit Your Answer
The Submit button becomes active once the recording is completed.
Tap Submit to proceed to the next step.
