What are Qualifying Questions?
Qualifying questions are multiple-choice or true/false questions presented before the main assessment begins. These questions are used by employers to gather more information about candidates and determine if they meet the minimum requirements for a job.
These requirements might include:
Language proficiency.
The highest level of education completed.
Relevant certifications or licenses required for the job.
Key Features of Qualifying Questions
Maximum of 5 Questions: At most, there are five qualifying questions in an assessment.
βNo Time Limit: These questions are not timed, allowing candidates to respond thoughtfully.
βFormats: Qualifying questions come in two formats:
True/False.
Multiple-Choice.
Why Do Employers Use Qualifying Questions?
Some roles require specific criteria that candidates must meet. Qualifying questions help employers quickly identify candidates who meet the essential requirements for a role, saving time for both the employer and the candidate.

Why Could I Not Complete the Assessment After Answering the Questions?
If you are unable to proceed with the assessment after answering the qualifying questions, it means one or more of your answers did not meet the employer's criteria, leading to disqualification.

What Happens If I Am Disqualified?
If disqualified:
