Introduction to the Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab in Testlify provides a bird's eye view of the core activities within your workspace. It offers detailed insights through data and visual graphs, allowing you to track essential metrics such as the number of assessments created, candidates invited, and their overall progress.

You can use the given the Assessment and Date filters to according select specific assessments with a certain time frame.

1. Understanding the Invitation Status in Analytics

The Invitation Status section within the Analytics tab provides a comprehensive view of the current status of your candidate invitations. The chart breaks down key invitation statuses—such as Completed, In Progress, Enrolled, Rejected, and others—helping you quickly assess where candidates are in the hiring process.

This visual breakdown can be filtered by date range and assessment type, allowing you to monitor the effectiveness of your outreach and candidate progression over time.

2.Invites Per Workspace User

The Invites Per Workspace User chart provides a breakdown of how many invites have been sent by each user within your workspace. This visual representation allows you to quickly see the distribution of invitation activity among team members. In this example, the chart highlights the percentage of invites sent by "Testlify Support" and other users, offering an at-a-glance view of user participation in candidate outreach.

This feature helps you monitor team activity and ensures that the invitation process is distributed effectively across your workspace.

3.Daily Invites

The Daily Invites section provides a timeline of how many candidates were invited to assessments on a daily basis. This data allows you to track the pace of your recruitment activities over time and helps identify trends or periods of increased hiring activity. By reviewing daily invite numbers, you can ensure your team is consistently engaging with candidates and maintaining a steady hiring pipeline.

  • Invited

The Invited metric shows the total number of candidates who have been invited to take part in assessments. This gives you a comprehensive view of how many candidates have entered the assessment stage, helping you measure the effectiveness of your outreach efforts.

  • Completed

The Completed metric reflects the number of candidates who have finished the assessment process. Monitoring this figure allows you to see how many candidates have successfully gone through the entire evaluation, providing insight into candidate engagement and completion rates.

4.Assessment Level Report Overview

The Assessment Level Report provides detailed insights into the performance of individual candidates on specific assessments. Below are the key fields included in the report:

  • Name: The candidate's name.

  • Email: The email address used by the candidate to register for the assessment.

  • Assessment Name: The title of the assessment taken by the candidate.

  • Total Score: The actual score achieved by the candidate.

  • Out Of: The maximum possible score for the assessment.

  • Percentage: The percentage score based on the candidate's performance.

This report is particularly useful for reviewing candidate results, comparing performance across different assessments, and tracking how well candidates perform in practice or formal tests.

5.Test Level Report Overview

The Test Level Report provides a detailed breakdown of each candidate’s performance on individual tests, showing their scores and percentages. This report can be useful for assessing and comparing candidates across multiple tests.

  1. Name: The candidate's full name.

  2. Email: The email address provided by the candidate.

  3. Test: The specific assessment completed, such as "Copywriter" or "SEO Copywriting."

  4. Total: The score achieved by the candidate on the assessment.

  5. Out Of: The maximum possible score for the test.

  6. Percentage: The percentage score based on the total points earned versus the maximum score.

6.User Rating

User Rating represents the feedback or evaluations provided by users for specific roles or assessments, highlighting the count or level of ratings given to each role.

7.Assessment vs Invitation Status

Assessments vs. Invitation Status is a visual representation that compares the progress of candidates across different assessments based on their invitation status, such as Completed, In Progress, Invited, Rejected, or Disqualified. It helps track and evaluate candidate participation and progress in various assessments.

8. Candidate Feedback Report

Candidate Feedback refers to the evaluations or comments provided by candidates after completing an assessment. It typically includes a feedback rating, remarks, and a timestamp indicating when the assessment was completed, helping organizations gauge the candidate's experience.
