Greenhouse Integration

Testlify helps a hiring team to better estimate how well a candidate will perform in the role. 

Streamline and reduce hiring effort by initializing assessments from the Greenhouse Recruiting as an integrated part of the candidate journey. Receive scores and view assessment reports directly on the candidate profile in Greenhouse Recruiting. Testlify’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add Testlify’s assessment to a job's interview plan.

Setup this integration with Greenhouse Recruiting 1. Log in to Testlify and create an API token under the Settings tab. 1. Go to the Settings tab.

1. Go to the API key under the developers section and click on Generate key.
2. Copy the API key.

Note : Please save this API token somewhere and keep it safe with you.

Enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / Testlify integration Follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Testlify representative and add the assessment stage in your interview plans. Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates. Use the Testlify integration with Greenhouse Recruiting Once the Greenhouse Recruiting / Testlify integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Testlify assessment as an interview stage. 1. You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.

1. After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
2. Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Testlify application.
3. To see a candidate’s results in Testlify, click View Report .
